No, you don't. Trust me on this. Risk of skin cancer and sunburn is incredibly high (for instance, I'm Irish and can expect a severe sun burn if I'm out for more than an hour or two in the sun, and Albinos have even less pigment than me).
Also, if you ever find yourself in a location where voodoo practice is common, you might be killed to have your body parts harvested.

This is very interesting... I don't care for the title as I am a person with albinism or albino. This is nicely photoshopped and well done. The reason I don't care for the name is well albino's don't look that way ever and many persons with albinism fight stereo types that we are white like that and have red or pink eyes. The truth is we don't. Most have pale blue to grey eyes although some can have violet eyes like me for instance. Some have a pale hazel eye's and I even have a friend with albinism with amazingly sky blue eyes so it all ranges.
But on an artistic side.... love it.... nice photoshop work.
