Description
I made this piece with my mother in mind, who has just been diagnosed with Melanoma, the worst and most life threatening form of skin cancer. I love my mother more than life itself, not only is she my mother but she is also my best friend.

This is an amazing image because it's working on possibly three levels: it
shows your feeling and concern, what your Mom may be experiencing, and
fear of the unknown. I think the sepia tones and rounded shapes help create
a very positive atmosphere even in the midst of the chaos of this disease. All
my heart's positive energy goes out to both your Mom and you.

Wonderfull work , it's strange that strong negative emotions inspire people more than positive ones. Sorry for your mom and for you ............ive never felt the feeling of such a treat to my loved one, but i bet the fear is overwhelming.

when caught early it is usually not life threatening so i believe she shall be ok. i will be optimistic for once and continue to have that hope...you should too!

my mom,...god,...she's like joan of arc to me. sacrificed so much for me.
she's the one person that has always stood by me in my darkest of moments.
she's my rock.
i can only hope that i can somehow acquire half the strength that she
possesses someday.
