It takes place in the 1940's these gangsters who don't know they're working for a nazi steal a jet pack prototype from howard hughes and stash it in an airplane racers hangar the pilot who is really down on his luck and his genius friend find, make a few modifications and add a helmet with a rudder on it and he fights ther nazi with it and stuff. the nazi is and actor spy and his very large associate that the pilots genius friend referred to as a "King Kong Gentlemen" is like huge and scary looking.
