I want to start off by saying this is really good for your first menswear fashion drawing, actually, pretty great.
I was going to say something about the face not being more expressive, simply because I always prefer emotion on characters (even if they are just there to show off an outfit, which he does do :3), but it plays in with not only the Run Way "attitude" but with the "Drone Bee" theme as well for having no distinct features that sets him apart from the others. I could easily see hundreds of other figures having, more or less, the same facial features as him.
Now, onto the outfit. I adore the belt. It was the first thing I noticed, I don't know why, but it was. I am also a fan of the jacket, you caught the strips in a way most wouldn't (i.e. going the opposite way inside of the jail cell like strips most people would have chosen). Also, the fur/fuzz and semi-cape is a great detail piece that shows off the actual real features of bees. I ADORE it.
The shoes are good, classy. I love tuxedo shoes, 'nough said.
But, what I struggle with (all my fault, I'll tell you this now, it's a personal peeve) is the pants. While it does go great with the design as a whole, I never liked gradient. Never have and never will.
Overall, it's a great design and follows the theme very very well. The things I didn't like (i.e. the pants) was only because of a personal peeve. Great job :3

I wouldn't call this menwear, itmore like gender neutral. This outfit, tailored correctly, could be worn by women, too.

First time I've ever seen you draw menswear, and I love it! Heck, I'd wear this or show this to my future boyfriend/husband (that is, if he's into fancy menswear).

yeah the idea was to remind of wings <3 they're two simple white pieces of fabric hanging on the back of the shirt. the furry thing on his shoulders is like a cape/short mantle XD
