This is beautiful! It's so nice to see some art of Lindir - there's so little around. I love the little details about this piece...the delicate fingers...the clothing folds....and those colours are gorgeous. Wonderful work!

He is can play the mandolin\lute with any skill, then his fingers should be just as good in the bedroom... I have an elf bard who practices that philosophy... Nimble fingers and an agile tongue to get you into and out of troube.

Almost any mad science that takes my fancy - math, astrophysics (classical tends to irritate me), quantum, biochemistry, genomic bio... There's this brilliant book, "The Science of Middle Earth" by Henry Gee which has all these really interesting and scientifically sound (mostly) theories about science and LoTR...

... So what mad science takes your fancy? ^^

I'm a biologist-in-training, so obviously that's what interests me the most. But I'm also quite fond of whatever theoretical physics I can understand. Which is not much.
