Its half porcelain, yes. But only fired at 1240 celcius. (when porcelain is around 1300)

I like all your ceramic work but I'm commenting on this one because the shape of those cups really appeals to me - they look like they would feel good to hold. The colours go well too and that brown is definitely autumnal.

Actually the cup is really good to hold, it was originally designed for a picknick set. The brown colors come from finnish redclay.
