I´ve been studying Stephen Merchant´s face structure the last few days, and this is actually the only picture of a bunch that succeeded somewhat.
It´s kind of caricature-ish...And at the same time I tried to settle my own Human!Wheatley design, at least the face and hair. xP Yet another Smerch look-a-like, I know...I just love that man so much.
And I really cannot fit that voice with anyone else than him. x3 So charismatic~ 
Wheatley belongs to VALVe.
