This is amazing. Oh, and there's the Lion Turtle that granted Aang the ability to take other's bending.
EDIT: Okay, now that I think about it, I think it was more like he taught Aang how to use that ability.

The Avatar that came after Wan wanted to be the very best, like no one ever was; to catch the lion turtles was his real test, to train and learn their abilities was his cause. He traveled across the land, searching far and wide.... but, because the lion turtles were gone, he couldn't truly understand the power that's inside

And since the Lionturtle of Heart is gone too, he didn't realize that Misty was hitting on him the whole time. No wait, that's just more added 'Americanism' from 4kids.

it was my assumption that all the dragon turtles just had the same 4 abilities. each one possessing one of the 4 abilities.

You could make a comic short about summoning Captain Planet(Captain Korra instead just for laughs) with the four elements and then Sora of Kingdom Hearts arrive to provide the power of heart.
