I LOVE this shot
I took a couple hundred and only kept three, but this is my absolute favorite of the three.Commerson dolphins at Seaworld San Diego. More photos from SeaWorld that day here .

All I can say is.... WOW! The clarity is amazing! I simply love how the color on the dolphins are beautiful. Whenever I try to take pictures of the Commies, they always come out really blue. While the background of your picture is so blue, you can still the white of the Commersons. Hope it makes sense. ^_^

Beautiful shot! I've never heard of Commerson dolphins. . . and I've adored whales and dolphins since I was 4 so I sort of feel like a failure now

Everything turned out really well, like they posed on purpose or something. It's hard to get images like that from nature sometimes.

Beautiful. I went to Seaworld San Diego once, though I did not get much of a chance to see the Commerson dolphins. The belugas, however, I was fascinated by. If I could, I would spend hours on end watching everything swim around.

Oh wow, I absolutely ADORE this picture. The dolphins create such a contrast. There you have that stunning blue water (I love the COLOUR of it) and then the black and white dolphins against it. It really brings them out. Commerson dolphins are so beautiful. I love how sharp and clear this photograph is. I've heard lots of good things about the NIKON D40 (as well as the D50) and it seems like it is indeed a good camera.
In any cases, you captured quite a lovely scene here.

From what I've heard, this exhibit is horrible to shoot and the photos generally turn out like crap. But everytime I see one of yours, you make it look easy with how clean your shots come out. Amazing colors and composition and a neat angle on the little critters.
I must say, I can't wait til they come here so I can finally see them in person.

I think if you offered this as a print, some people would buy it. It has that way about it. Something that would fit in a living room or bedroom.
