These critters are from Flight Rising, a browser-based game where players lead a clan of elemental dragons to supremacy. You can breed, raise, battle, adventure, and watch your clan grow!We're running a kickstarter*** to raise the funds for the first year's worth of server costs on a dedicated server. Thanks to the amazing outpouring of support from our beta testers and followers, we were able to make our goal and are pleased to say that Flight Rising will be opening to the general public and launching in just a few months time! Thank you so much! We could not have done this without you.
The Kickstarter will be running until April 9th if anyone would like the chance to support the project and nab some of our backer rewards. These are so cute! Gosh I wish I hadn't missed the kickstarter for them. My OC is a lung much like these guys and gosh I wish I could have one in game. Will there be any way to get them later? It IS kickstarter exclusive and it would cheapen that if there was some other way to get them now...

Just wondering. Will these dragons be available again in the near to far future? Not as in getting one via breeder but as in "Donate X amount, win a Imperial egg!" Ect.

another way to get an Imperial besides waiting on reservation lists is to save up for a Breed Change: Imperial scroll and use it on a dragon you already have, if that helps,

there is no way to get an imperial breed change scroll unless you buy one from another player... which will probably never happen

Except for having wings, they remind me very much (too much for it being a coincidence?) of the Shimmerscale dragons on DragonCave. Which also makes me wonder, would a custom skin based on the colours and pattern of a DragonCave species be accepted into the game (since while I might have painted the skin itself, the design would be heavily based on another artist's work)? Like bronze/gold/silver shimmerskin skins for these, or dayglory/nightglory skins for the fae dragons?

Oh that sounds as if I'm implying that you copied the design there, I didn't mean to, they are obviously both based on ancient chinese dragons, so obviously they'd be similar. I'm mainly wondering how original custom skin colours would have to be, or if a kind of "fan art" skin (of another game) would be allowed.

Love these guys. My favorite so far, though i love all your designs. I do have a question. I bought the Bestiary pack, thinking that i would get the hatchling as well (my fault, i misread the description), so i am only going to get the Imperial adult blueprint. If i change one of my dragons to an Imperial, can i still breed the dragon and get the imperial hatchling, or do i need the hatchling blueprint? I can't wait for the website to launch. Excellent work all around. Oh and by the way, you guys did reach the sixth goal.

When bred, imperial dragons produce imperial hatchlings.

Neondragon I do hope you make the bestiary and artbook available at some point to purchase from you since I would love to have more of your books on my shelf to look at and be inspired by. Just a thought if you keep that open to purchase once the game is going and rather have it be just a kickstarter thing, I hope so.

At this time, no. Our apologies, the only payment method kickstarter accepts is Amazon Payments. If we can come up with another solution I'll be sure to post about it, but right now we're limited by Kickstarter. (though it's been very good to us and we're thrilled that our server is well-paid for!)
