Description Say hello to Marty, the Weather Wizard!
Not to be confused with the DC comic book supervillain also named the Weather Wizard.

As expected, Marty has the magical abilities to control the weather, from conjuring catastrophic lightning storms to forging majestic rainbows. His job is to provide special weather related services around the world, much like the Sand Man or the Tooth Fairy. He's typically very wise and decisive when using his powers for the greater good. Though, sometimes, the power can go to his head on occasions.
Marty is as sweet as a loving grandpa, but also as powerful as a demi-god. Though he may seem rather ditzy and overly geeky at times, that's only because he's so passionate about his line of work. Wielding the forces of nature, Marty can perform the most phenomenal of weather-type spells . . . with limited results.

Also since you seem to be a guy interested in cartoons, have you seen Star vs. the Forces of Evil from Disney. I just did and its just so amazing in a mind blowing way. In fact, I was never so mind blown like that since watching the anime Kill la Kill.

I just saw it yesterday night. I thought it was okay.
I mean, it was only the first two episodes, so it hasn't grown on me just yet. I'll continue watching it to see if I like it or not.
