*tribute to one of my fav bands ever*about a week ago, while listening to their haunting melodies, i was reading their story as well + i was inspired to draw this.. they first appeared sometime in 1989, as "the pumpkin fairies", till they were renamed -about a year after- "slowdive", and used that name till they were forever split, in 1995.........
this is one of my biggest -in size- detailed drawings in watercolors + markers..
but tonight i'm in such a baaad mood (which actually matches perfectly with the heavy dark clouds outside) , so even though i know i should have worked some more on this, i didn't......
that gives you no excuse though to be gentle on me..
i'll probably edit it some more.. but then again, maybe not..

you wouldn't know where I could get some mp3's of the pumpkin fairies do you? I've looked all over the internet and I could only find three of their seven songs. any help is much appreciated!

um, I only have the Slowdive's cds, I don't own any of their songs as Pumpkin Fairies, cause I never found one.
Search for Slowdive and if you still can't find many of their songs, I'd be happy to send them to you !!
