I can feel the oppression and fear... brr, I'd hate for that thing to come up behind me. (Or in front of me. Or from any direction.) Let's hope it doesn't have relatives lurking nearby.

If there's a giant bear looming in it, no trail should lead into it. Unless the bear deviously made them to lure poor hikers

I think I have never seen it. In truth I was inspired by a cover I remembered form when I was a kid of the New Mutants illustrated by the greatΒ BillΒ Sienkiewicz.
