"Q-Pidd" the oddly devilish angel of love.

In The Daisy's Vow and the Streamside, an old mini comic from 2009-ish, she popped up in like...3 panels as a gag alter-ego for Tatsuma when she decided to meddle in her friends' love lives. I've been feeling nostalgic for my old junk and re-reading a lot of them.

She was fun, and she ended up making more brief appearances in a couple other non-canonical mini comics (so far I found 3?) and probably has to replace her bow often, seeing how often she screams and breaks it in half when her plans fail.

You'd have to find her in my embarrassing old comic archive 9o9 ...because most of these don't dare show their face in my gallery.
