Β Actually, I wasn't speaking of those fire extinguishers specifically. There was a bunch of discarded junk laying in the vicinity of the pictured objects, the rest of it just wasn't interesting enough to shoot.

Β Actually, there's an entire functional airfield, with a lot of abandoned equipment just lying around and several buildings that don't see much use. I wouldn't be surprised if it did end up becoming fully abandoned within a few years, though.

I thought US Airways got bought out by American Airlines.

Β I believe that the two companies actually merged; however, I don't think that the presence of a very old US Airways truck implies any connection between the company and the airfield. Used equipment tends to circulate pretty widely.
