When I was little, I used to visit my aunt's house every day. One day, while visiting, we heard a noise from outside. When we looked there was a bird hanging by its neck from the hook loop for the attic ladder. ._. It was really kinda grizzly and we never really figured out how the bird did that to itself since the attic latter was in a patio area and there wasn't much room for it to fly... either way, it was really scary looking.
Looking back on it now, I think someone may have put it there. One of the neighborhood jerks no doubt. xP

sounds like one sick kid. that's one of the warning flags of a future murderer, and the killing of house pets especially
i remember a few years back, when my fat black cat Evinrude was still alive, we spotted a black cat hanging limp with a string around its neck, hanging from a tree in the backyard. it did startle us. but thankfully OUR cat was inside at the time. we thought the poor thing had been playing with the string then got caught up in it. very morbid. i'm glad i didn't paint that.

Nay, but still this is a very awesome piece. I love color gradiants. It's pretty much the reason my latest RP character has rainbow hair. xDDD

lol, i goobed paint straight from the bottle onto the canvas then smeared it with my fingers, then i brushed it so it didn't look like a fingerpainting :] very fun! everyone must try!

india ink overtop acrylic, on canvas of course. the gloss varnish brings the colors out quite a bit.
