Description A mixed Media piece created with acrylics, papers, stamps and the jester image which I created with poser and then printed it.
I wanted to create the look of and old wall which shows different layers and colors of paint. I just love to create textures

I can't tear my eyes away from this.... Every seven seconds I see a new detail that I love-- like the diamond pattern that we so often see in concordance with jesters, or the fact that her jaunty little hat fades into the faded, 2D style.

I don't know too much on mixed media, but I love this piece. Mentioned in your artist's comments, I get an old, textured feel from this. I love the jester here as well... I really like her espression. It looks very creative and well put together! Especially when I zoom in, I can see all the different textures blended so well together. Also, I like the patterns used here as well. ...This caught my eye when I was looking at other deviations

gorgeous! and i love that you love to create textures. i love textures! they can add so much to a piece. here, i think the wall look works great because the textures are all similar. like the ones on the girl's shirt and hat and then the ones below her and on the wall behind her. wonderful colours too hun! you did a really great job with this piece - i think i will always like your traditional work because your style is very appealing to me. please keep them coming.
