...Was supposed to be done last night at midnight for Hallowe'en, but things didn't work out, so I had to wait until after work today to submit this lol XD

Blaaaaaaaaah it took forever to finish the mirror *dies* I THOUGHT I COULD FINISH THE MIRROR IN AN HOUR. I COULDN'T. IT TOOK ME TWO AND A HALF. BAAW.
BUT I GUESS IT WAS WORTH IT *basks in details* Blaaaaaaah thank you all for all the awesome comments/notes i've been getting. I'm still swamped, but i'm determined to get all the comments answered it will be my top duty when all my exams are over (yes, they're still going on. ONE MORE MONTH OF ACADEMIC DEATH TILL WINTER VACATION RAAAAAAWR.)

I love this-- I don't remember if I've commented before or not -__-; but if I haven't, here goes:
I absolutely love the mirror. It reminds me of one that my late grandmother had. Yours is far more intricate and beautiful though. I love the angel/ winged theme (as well as the plants) and the cross at the very bottom. It helps to tie in with the cross around Roxas' neck.
May I inquire about the beads around Axel's arms (by his shoulders)? Are they part of the outfit design (he looks like he put up a fight with being captured) or were they perhaps to restrain him at one point in time? Also is it the shading or... is the girl at the top of the mirror crying? I can't tell for certain but, I think that I can see tears. Does she represent Axel's victims maybe?
Ah.. I love all of the detail. It's so beautiful. And that Roxas has the Nobody symbol carved into his back.
Also, uhm... I've never asked this before (your work is jus so stunning and inspiring to me whenever I see it... so I want to) and though I've seen other writings based off of your work... I think it's impolite not to ask for permission first. Would you be opposed to me writing piece(s) inspired by your work?
I'm perfectly fine with whatever you decide.

The beads around his shoulders were meant to make him look more...regal, i guess, coupled with the tattered frills on his neck and sleeves, I wanted to make him look like he's from a different era.
The lady at the top is just meant to make the mirror look a bit more creepy as well as old, as if it came from the baroque period. I wanted the mirror to tie in with Axel, to make them connected.

If I ever get around to writing fanfics (I have tons of ideas, but I'm too lazy) I might do one based off of this...
The ONE THING about this picture that seems off is Roxas' hair....it is going to the right in the mirror while it is going to the left on Roxas (if I'm seeing correctly?) while it should be going to the left both on Roxas and in the mirror.
Still an awesome piece of artwork, though.

I. Love. This. Pic. It's one of your most amazing works. I can't believe how scary you made Axel look while still looking like Axel. And it's so scary it sends chills down my spine, but I'd still be able to show it to a child without worrying they'd have nightmares. Most of all it's just incredibly well-drawn and beautiful. The details on the mirror and- Gah! Literary brain ded nao. I faved this ages ago and everytime I pop back in to looka t it I think "Did I add a comment?" and I completely fail when I finally do. xD Well the message is short is: "Pic pretty. Me like. U amazing. I clap."
