*BIG BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG SPOILER*dont say i didnt warn ya!
In the final battle of book2 "Eldest" Eragon is slicing and dicing up warriors of Galbatorix' army when suddenly a Red Dragon with a mysterious Rider appears from the sky. Eragon & Saphira start fighting this unknown duo in the sky and finish fighting on the ground...
the way the mysterious Rider is fighting seems familour (?) to Eragon and he decides to grab his helmet... It's Murtagh who Eragon thought was dead. Turned out Galbatorix captured Murtagh and made him swear in the Ancient Language to be loyal to Galbatorix, and when you swear something in the Ancient Language you are bound to do it, even when you don't want to...
Murtagh is still good in his hart but he can't help it cause he had sworn to be loyal to Galbatorix and Galbatorix is evil....Damn you Galbatorix!!! poor murtagh...

eh, I don' like Murtaugh and I've very little sympathy for him. He does not strike me as a 'good' fellow...never did, really.

totally awesome. I Love Murtagh. he's probably one of my fav characters, except for Eragon and Saphira of course. You drew this so well. I really want to start drawing some Eragon fanart, but I can't draw humans worth crap.
