Made while listening to Kanye's new album.Tools: Pen tool, gradient adjustment layers, hair brushes (in Illustrator)

Love the colors on this so much! The details are amazing, and her expression great work.
I hope you don't mind me saying this, but I think maybe the background is the only thing that might need to be retouched.

Aww you don't like the background? I thought the ink looked cool. What would you suggest? It is the part of the picture that is raster instead of vector. That and her wings are raster elements. Could that be what looks off to you?

Oh no I do like everything, you mentioned you want to retouch it
so I thought something about the background can be changed.
The ink in the background is nice but it feels like it needs something, because it is too dark you know what i mean?
Maybe in photoshop you can try to connect the ink to the actual background color more.

hmm i really enjoy this..i can't think of any crit but..maybe you can somehow render the hair to match the rest of the image. i feel its too detailed compared to everything else which looks more simplified

Love the colour combitaion, quite a fan of purple vs blue myself. Her expression is what does it for me here, she looks like she doesn't give a fuck, and still, she's beautiful.
