The rings' alpha profile should be the exact opposite of what it currently is. The lightest rings should be the most transparent because they are composed of smaller particles - which also have more space between them - allows more of the Sunlight through. Hence, just as thicker paper towels let less water through, the less dense rings let more of the Sunlight filter through. This is because the dimly lit north side of the rings means the summer hemisphere is tilted towards the Sun, and the "camera" is high above the northern hemisphere, which is in winter. (For what it's worth, the alpha profile for the rings' other side is much more intuitive because the darker rings are the more transparent ones.)

This turned out really well! Our solar system is amazing! I would have to agree with you as well, Saturn is awesome.
