SO yeah i posted the sketch of the first look up but here it is coloured and next to an all new, fancier, outfit. More like a going out, date, look.
I like Ruth in autumn colours, so browns, maroons, plums etc. Also girly skirts mixed with boyish boots and coats. I mean she 'see's but in a differant kind of way than normal people, so i dont think her fashion sense is the most important thing to her but she has her own style. Kind of country meets thrift shop.
also if your not ready x-men legacy by now i think you need to get your priorities straight ok like seriously its awesome so read it

I really liek the pieces themselves, but I'm not sure about them being put together. Especially on the second look. The beige, romantic ruffled shirt is really light-looking and soft and I'm not sure if it isn't a bti to much with the strong, detailed skirt. Maybe it's just me prefering things focused on one piece, but to me it would look better with simple, classic pencil skirt.
Besides that I really like this picture. Your hair shading is really nice to eye
