I'm baaaaack.simple piece where I was experimenting with a watercolor look. Could be used for a comic book cover. Who can say but either way, it's another TMNT image to add to my library.

Thanks for the comment and yep, I wrote that narration. I like to do that from time to time so the viewer can get a deeper feeling from the image.

It's not exactly water color per say. it was all done digitally using Photoshop brushes and textures.
I'd kick even more ass if I would've went to art school so unfortunately I'll have to teach myself. of course I could look into going to a school but then I'd be blowing tones of money.

I went to artschool for two and a half years and I learned....how to airbrush. That's it. Everything else was kinda like, "Erm, I learned that in kindergarden..." 
Anyhoos, Now if I can get a new piece up every now and then, I can keep my fans happy....THAT'S RIGHT!!! Keep me happy!!!

Yep, I haven't done any traditional coloring in years. Sad but true.
I'd like to say I feel your pain as far as wasteing money on an art school but luckily I didn't get that far. I really wanted to learn comic book illustration or animation but my school had none of the above.
I think it's due time for another TMNT piece. I'm really itching to do one but I have a script for a five page preview that has to get done first. The clock is tickin'

I'm late with the response I know but I appreciate it. It's rather cool that you think of me when you see a ninja turtle actually, my friend tells me I'm a lot like Donatello personality and voice so whenever I talk to him on the phone I kind of play on that a little. I'm sure I've told you my friends a lot like Mikey. Oh my word, he is exactly like him. Very awesome guy.

yeah, he has seen better days but I would expect it to get worse. Enemies should be capable of dishing out loads of damage otherwise the fights wouldn't seem as perilous. They'd have less meaning and therefor be uninteresting to the reader/viewer

I like blood to but not buckets o' blood. Either way, it does add to the piece and makes it pop a little. Glad you liked it and thanks for the comment.

Thanks so much. The bandaid is sort of a trademark thing I do and it makes them look more vulnerable for some reason. I guess most people like that.

The watercolor look is what I might be using from now on but I'm sure I'll get sick of it and want to try something else.
