            TEPID: Default tattoo. No effects. Just looks cool.

            WRATHFUL: The mark of rage. Kiyiya's punches gain increased power and may stun the enemy. (10% power increase, 2% stun chance).

            The tattoo's effectiveness remains constant, however always drains his energy. Rapidly switching between tattoos drains him even quicker.

[Active, Sustained] | Territorial Mark | Kiya marks an area as his territory for a certain period of time, creating a magic circle on the ground with an emblem similar to his tattoo. While Kiya and an enemy are inside the marked territory, Kiyiya gains enhanced abilities depending on the active mark.

            TEPID: Default territory. He can activate it to scare people or to look cool... but it doesn't do anything.

            WRATHFUL: Kiyiya's rage is felt by all enemies in his territory. Deals very slight damage over time to enemies in the territory. The more injured Kiyiya is, the more damage dealt to enemies. (1~5% of Kiyiya's attack power)

            As long as the territory is active, Kiyiya has his energy drained from him little by little. The farther Kiyiya attempts to expand his territory, the more energy per minute it costs him. Leaving the territory (intentionally or forcibly removed) breaks the magic.

(-) Being a largely melee fighter, Kiyiya is at an extreme disadvantage against anyone with ranged attacks; he has no way of fighting enemies from a distance other than to rush close to them.

At first glance Kiyiya doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would have any friends. He's generally hostile and will quickly move to end a conversation - somteimes even before it starts. He brushes off most attempts at getting close to him, and has a hard time working with other people. The main reason for his antisocial attitude is his tendency to overthink. He keeps second guessing himself, always unsure if he made the best desicion or said the right thing. Because of that, he decides it's just better to not say anything or not get close to anyone at all.

When he sets his mind to things he's interested in, however, he doesn't care anymore about how people percieve him, so his personality changes. He's very loud and confident, and eager to do his best - to the point where he might actually scare people more than when he acts sullen. He also tends to not notice anyone around if he's intensely focused. He's also inherently very competitive when it comes to something he considers himself good at - but since he's pretty good at slugging people it gives him the impression of an antisocial bully even more...

Background:

Growing up, Kiyiya was never much of a sociable person; he always kept to himself, practicing cartwheels or running around on his own. Because of this, he was often teased and jeered by his classmates. During his time in school, the teasing had escalated to a level where his schoolmates tried to pick on him using force. To their great surprise, Kiyiya faced them head on, despite their numbers. Later that day, he was expelled for having beat up four kids who had allegedly 'not started it'. After that, Kiyiya's life became much more eventful, being shifted from school after school, and getting into plenty of fights and getting expelled. Throughout it all, however, Kiyiya maintained his steady, unmoving attitude, and refused to back away from what he believed was right. (And therefore kept rising to meet the bullies he was confronted with.)

By the time he was in highschool (having finished his primary education at a school for 'problem' children), he took up boxing as a sport and excelled in it, winning several inter-school tournaments. His skill didn't earn him many friends, however, because his attitude towards others still prevented them from getting close to him.

In his neighborhood Kiyiya also had to contend with a lot of street gangs and groups, although he never allied himself with one, on many occasions he had to readily defend the area where his house was located from 'invaders'. His house was soon declared off-limits by most of the gangs, who would rather continue their territorial conquests elsewhere rather than confront him.

  During his debut as a boxer after obtaining an amateur license, however, he accidentally ended up severely injuring his opponent (much to his surprise as well as everyone else), and was plunged into controversy once more. During the nights following the incident, he began having dreams of strolling through a forest, and there would usually be an annoying man - he would later learn that this was Faunus - who kept hinting that he knew exactly what was happening to Kiyiya.

  After being accused of cheating and a stream of complaints resulting in his amateur license being revoked, he received a letter concerning an application to Sibis Private School. Assuming it was another school meant for children with problems, he initially refused, but after rereading the letter carefully, he realized they could explain what was happening to him - which meant that it was probably one of the projects of that man from his dreams. Deciding that everywhere else would just give him more problems, he agreed to move to the school.

Extra:

* Will never say no to a fight. (even if he knows he might lose. But if it's a fist fight, he's never really lost.)
* Is very particular about his name. Making up nicknames that sound funny is unhealthy for other people's physical well-being.
* Watches loads of action movies.
* Has a really nice, deep voice. But doesn't sing much (or at all.)
* Cannot read the atmosphere thanks to all the isolation from people.
* Was/Is a boxing prodigy (Retired from boxing as a sport, however)
