We're getting pretty close to the end of 2021, and I certainly didn't want to let the year of The Fairly OddParents' 20th anniversary pass by without posting a new fanart featuring the adorable coupling that is Timmy Turner & Tootie. As you can see, I have once again drawn a picture of the couple sharing the big kiss at their wedding, which I'd already drawn twice before. Actually, I'd originally sketched this drawing a year or two ago, but I didn't get around to inking it until just last month, and I figured that I would save posting it till after Christmas.
