self portrait drawn today while waiting for my Health class * not PE just the HEALTH part >.>....*in my figure drawing class we gotta draw something like everyday. and I just use that as my "I'm bored" drawing. you know killing 2 birds with one stone.
this took about like less than 20 minutes. really fast. My best self picture yet.

just plain old .7 led pencil and smudging with my fingers the page sixe is 9x12'' so it's not big at all. the stuff in class is though >< those are like on 18x something paper and so I can't scan those >.>...

that is some crazy skill right there. that is some amazing smudge skill. the extent of mine can be seen in my "hello" picture.

haha thanks I like smudging a lot. but it's SO not cool when you rub on the picture to much with your fingers >< you get like rubbing burns >< it's good to get like a blending stump thingy so you don't have to ...but I just don't lug my art box *looks like a fishing tackle box* around where ever I go.

hah! i had one of those too. i got my friends old one when he graduated. we called it "the magic tacklebox of joy" ahh, good times.
i hate having all the smudge residue on my fingers. i don't like the rubbing stumps. they don't get the type of smear i like.

true, you can either use those or get like toilet tissue or even paper towels to get the job done. OR even an old sock if you must * I'm so cheap haha*
