Description
This is my entry for the "bring your vision to life contest". St Michael is about to give the final blow to a frightened Devil. Michael shows no pity for the poor Lucifer.This is made with Photoshop and a Wacom Bamboo tablet. I added the elements of the Intuos campaign for fun, because the contest rules say I can.

Why are naked? Well:
1. I guessed angels and demons don't need to bother with cloth;
2. I wanted it to be a bit ambiguous;
3. I'm not good at drawing fabric...

I love it. Though I do have to say that the ad/slogan portions of it really seem out of place and take away from the effect of the rest of the piece. I see it's been commented on already, but the font across the drawing is especially awkward... feels really out of place and just slapped on there. Maybe a more "classic" looking font would fit there better?

Thank you very much for your comment. I realize now I shouldn't have put the ad part, and just leave it like that. The bottom part breaks the perspective effect. I will update it once the vote is closed.

Well, I kinda know. I wanted to replicate the intuos ad campaign here [link] and I chose the closest match with the font used there. (which I think was helvetica); Maybe a slightly bigger size would have been better.

err... thanks but it's so clean and easy to undo when you make a mistake, it's like working with a safety net, without risk of stains on clothe. Trad artist are the real ones!

well Trad's do have erasers and more paint to paint over mistakes...but black velvet artist...now there's some real mastery! hehe
