Description
Our final project for the Character Modeling class that I took in college was to model a real person and to try to capture their likeness using standard polygon modeling techniques. I chose Matt Hughes and he was gracious enough to pose for the photos.This is just the head model with the wireframe visible. I'll post some renders of the full body model later on.

wow, that's quite impressive. do you do a lot of this? i've tried head modelling in blender and its pretty complicated

Yeah, I was really surprised when he agreed to do it because we didn't know each other that well when I asked. So, I kind of half expected to get a response like "You want a bunch of photos of me in my underwear? No way, you freak!" But he agreed to do it and I had all the photos I needed for the project within three days.
