it's thursday, and as promised the comic is done!

This is the cover of a comic I'm working on, called (obviously) "The Plague Doctor".
The year is 1349, and the Black Plague is killing millions of people.
The story is about a plague doctor, who hates his job because there is no cure for the plague and all he can do is walk around telling people they're going to die.

The old lady with the broom, btw, is a character from Norwegian folk religion, and she's called "Pesta" (Pest means Plague, the a-ending indicates it's a female). She walked from place to place killing people. The tales have it, that if she brought her rake with her, a few lives were spared, but if she brought the broom - she left no survivors.

The Grim Reaper, or Death, and "Pesta" are two other characters in the comic.

The comic has to be finished by thursday, so I'll post it probably on friday, if not then I'll post it very soon. I'll be posting it in my other account where I usually post most of my original work and comic projects + novel(s).

I will let you know when the comic is done and posted

oh, and this is drawn and inked traditionally, as is the entire comic. This cover is only colored digitally.
