... ._.
this just caught my eye. i had to look at it. ... goddamn. i dunno what this means to you like.. what you were thinking when you created it. and i know its a very overused concept. the bloodied hands on a firm wall or floor of some kind.
but i dunno.. the grungy effect.. the dry.. almost coagulated look of the blood like smears... it creates a very arid feeling within my gut and reminds me of what pained me and had me spilling out the art that you see.
its very poetic in its simplicity and silence. the hands seem to scream to me... jesus this should be a print...

this is actually the center and final panel from a book i made about a woman that watches this fetish vixen torture and kill a man only to realize in the end that she was the killer... it's kinda cool, bound in black leather and the pages fold onto one another, the biding is corseted and laced together. **shrugs** i get bored easily...

It can be easy to make something like this cliched, generic...but you skillfully avoided that and made this gorgeous and interesting. Love it! Glad I found it. + Favs.

you come up with the neatest ideas noir.
experimenting with different forms of expression.
that's so important for an artist.
i really like the way those streaks turned out along
the bottom. almost like really intense watermarks
that have been burned into the surface.
hope we get to see the finished result when you're
done!

Does this just brings images of psychotic murderers to mind for everyone... or is just me and my strange, yet immense, mind?
