That´s drama, Iggy. Or something.
There´s no much to explain here, England wanted to stop Germany´s naval race and made him an offer of political agreement, but Germany wanted England´s neutrality in case of a war against France and England had to say "no". After so many years of splendid isolation England was firmly committed with the Entente.
And this chapter is over.
"1914" is a doujin based upon Hidekaz Himaruya´s stories and characters from "Axis Powers Hetalia"

Yeah that ture but I think you can gain a lot of insight, by seeing what the nations did at the opening of the war.
Such as the Austria-Hungary ultimatum and the germany war plans.
