Oh, sorry, I didn't read that far down. I don't remember the Guinness from the movie, where did that ship come from?

Guinness is not from anywhere else, it's just a name I had in mind for another ship of the Palomino's class.

Oh I thought it might have been from the novelization of the movie. I read the book back when I was a kid so I only remember bits and pieces - I remember it explained more than what was revealed in the movie. Such as V.I.N.CENT's "ESP" with Kate was nothing more than a cybernetic implant in Kate's head that he could communicate with her incognito. In the movie they made it some obscure machine-human psychic communication for some reason.
