No. i just had to study the Dreadfort men armor, then use old clothes as patterns for the leather vest and such. There's tutorials tho. Made by historical medieval reenactors. Their videos helped (how to make the belt and such)
The only thing i had to buy was the black gambeson/padded armor. Those goes below any armor (leather, chain or plate) They are quite hot i must say.
