sorry, i didnt darken the whole pic completely when i scanned it, so the face and part of the arm is slightly more faded than the rest of the picture

now bill has dreads! thats not a good thing, well just for me. i guess that his hair got too long to spike up like he did, so he has dreads. just like his twin. the used to look nothing alike, and i thought that was really funny, cause they were complete opposites, and now they just look the same. damn bill, its called a hair cut!! (he proably doesnt trust any one w. his long hair.) *blows in the wind effect* whatever >:[
