WOW.this took me a while.
like a month, seriously. but i am very happy with the outcome. the face was very nice to do, but the hair. OMG where do i start? it was a crazy mess and once i got down to where it is at the bottom i just went bazzurk.
i dont think im drawing something like this in a while...
very hard drawing overall because of the hair (once again). so much shading. and then once i thought i actually did it well, it turns out im completely off. ya know those black smudges you get on the side of your hand when it rubs against pencil too much?? yea that made me so mad
because shadows mainly made up the face, it was difficult to keep it nice and white. A HUGE THANK YOU GOES OUT TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!
she allowed me to draw her photo. yes, it is hers, not mine.

got a picture of fidel castro but made it into multiple siloettes, then turned those into stencils and spray painting those stencils to make the same picture
