Suicune, Raikou and Entei- my most fave pokemon trio! Too bad that lately Pokecreators are SUCKING with making trio. Regi trio?? WTF. Or lake trio really sucks.. they are so ugly, looks like.. mastr... toys.. no offence plz.. They have no spirit anymoar.I did some very smooth fine-linearts of them by pencil. And BG are photoshoped textures. Original picture looks a lot smoother and nicer. :V

I loved these guys too. I remember first playing the game and getting SOOO excited when a wild pokemon battle started and it was one of these three.

My God. It's awesome. They're my favourite trio too (because of Raikou). I never tried to draw them, but I think Suicune is the most difficult one. Very good work.

I really like the suicune...(I just love how majestic it looks; but Entie looks so regal..while raikou is so sleek...I love them all...) Nice work!! And these are legendary felines...NOT DOGS!

Mostly overall physique. However, tribal depictions often associate it with wind, hence the additions of the flowing mane and twin tails.

I miss the legendary birds from Red and Blue :/, Articuno is so pretty ^_^.

I agree, the first 250 some pokemon were awesome... then it all went downhill after that. There's been quite a few good ones but... overall... *barf*

I MUST agree. The only seasons that were good were the first 2. Then, of sinnoh and hoenn, there were like 5 altogether I liked. DON"T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON ISHUU OR WHATEVER IT IS CALLED< CUZ I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH IT>

LOL! I know, Hoenn was such a disappointment, and to come after G/S/C? Stupid idea. I mean, all 250+ pokemon AND 16 gym badges? Then to go to nothing again?? What a stupid idea, they should have just continued with the trend and made 24 badges, etc. Sinnoh was crap too, I had already forgotten that one. My friend loves Platinum (I don't know why) I liked that game better than Hoenn, but it was still forgettable (with crappy pokemon).
When they re-released Gold and Silver, I did a little jig. That was what I had been waiting for.
Unfortunately they have spit in our eyes once more. I mean, they're just doing what they did before by releasing a game with less everything right after releasing G and S (again). *eye roll*

Technically you're right, but the term most of us older fans grew up with was Legendary Dogs, so it's what most of us default to. Not sure of the origin, though.

The bird trio rocks, it was actually coherent and I don't see anything wrong with them. Maybe they're a bit plain physically but they're cool. The dogs are fine (that's the 1s U drew here I mean) althou a bit artificial.
I have to say this drawing of yours give them a lot more grace than most Nintendo artworks I've seen do. Maybe they're missing a bit of a historical/legend background, or just summin that proper link them 2 the game, a part in the plot.
Anyways, then the Regi ARE soulless, I do agree with that, althou a bit of power & majesty remains. They're like robots thou, which sucks.
And then the 4th gen trio ... just WTF ? It's like Mew's long-lost relatives or summin. Inspiration breakdown and we can tell !
IDK what they're cooking 4 us 4 the 5th gen but better B more convincing than that ...
So yeah, that's my opinion lol

The "new" pokemon are mostly just evolution branches of previous pokemon and eh, looks like we'll never get another BRAND NEW 150 Pokemon set :/
