Description
This is the start of a Maple Pea plant. I was washing some dried peas the other week, then soaked them overnight ready to be eaten. A few days after, whilst tidying, I found that one had escaped after being soaked but before being cooked and had begun to sprout. Had a spare plant pot and some soil, so I thought I'd give it a go.Lo' and behold, he's really shot up! Don't they grow so quick.
