Lenore and Incandescence landed in the Dragon Lands, the Bloodstone Scepter in Lenore's claws.

"Well, dome lands I rule over", Lenore grumbled. "Still, I get dragons to do stuff for me. So Candy", she looked back to her cousin. "Where does a dragon go to get a few decent gems around here."

"W-W-Well", Incandescence started to answer, "There's a large rations c-c-cavern somewhere around the southern borders and-"

"Fluffy?! Is that you?"

Incandescence turned around at the sound to see a large familiar looking purple dragon.

"Spurtball", she asked excitedly.

"Who", Lenore butted in.

Ignoring Lenore, Incandescence and Spurt ran over to each other in a large hug, squishing Lenore in the process.

"Aw long time no see!"

"Yeah, it's been f-f-forever!"

"Look at you!"

"Of forget me, look at YOU!"

The 2 laughed as they saw each other for the first time in years, until they were interrupted by a blue dralicorn that butted in between them.

"HEY LOOK AT ME!"

Spurt and Incandescence forcefully parted ways as Lenore looked over to Spurt.

"Is this the way you're gonna treat a Dragon Lord", she said, waving the scepter around in emphasis.

Spurt gasped as he realized his mistake. "Oh no, Dragon Lord Lenore, I just got a bit excited from catching up with my friend over there."

"Oh", she said. "Well, I guess I can forgive it this once, for my baby cousin and all"

Incandescence rolled her eyes, when Lenore suddenly grabbed her close.

"Now if you'll excuse us, we're about to find us some gems. Can't rule on an empty stomach."

The 2 flew off towards the south as Incandescence hastily called back

"It was nice s-s-seeing you again."

Spurt looked up tot he flying pair and smiled. It seemed like Incandescence's stay was gonna be more than a couple of hours this time around.

When Lenore becomes Dragon Lord, she invites Incandescence to come with her, since Incandescence knows the Dragon Lands better than she does.

There Incandescence bumps into a childhood friend.

Lenore is not very perceptive.
