*SPOILER ALERT!*
This is a picture of Tess from Magi. His death was so sad!!! That, and both my sister and dogs refused to comfort me :< So I directed my pain into this!! As morbid as it is, I really like this drawing. Is that bad? Idk. Unfortunately all of my best drawings are sad. Oh well.
Oh and the quote's not mine. It's something a friend of a former dance teacher said at her boyfriend's funeral. I thought it fit rather well

Added 2+ hours of touchups~ Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about the uneven wings shapes, but at least the shading's better. Also did some burnishing and such of the fire and hair so that the color's more even. Enjoy if you want to. But if you don't I won't judge. Burning children isn't exactly pleasant to everyone x3

Time taken: 7-9 hours

Materials used: 11 x 17 card stock, HB/mechanical pencils, eraser, 11 colored pencils, prismacolor pen set, and my feels/twisted imagination.
