eeerie. it brings to mind some kind of twisted conspiracy story about shiney aliens pretending to be humans in a huge smoke-an-mirrors-intrigue game... this is near the end of my imaginary movie when the good guys finally meet the freaky glowing-headed aliens in their gothic mansion out on the moors of scotland.

Mirroring and perspective distortion. It still took me a couple of days to draw it though.

Oh wow. I love how the faces look almost 3D unlike everything else in the drawing. They almost seem like floating around in the air. The rays are also convincing. How did you do the carpet?

The carpet was a few patterns mirrored, and then I used a perspective distortion on both of them. Took me forever.
