Description
I did a painting.

That is highly unusual for me. Because I suck at painting. I tried to do some things a bit differently than I usually try when painting, this time, and it seems to have mostly worked out. With some exceptions... mainly that fracking screwdriver. (I hate that screwdriver. The contrast levels are all wrong, but if I didn't do that, the freakin' thing just looked like a blurry mess. Someone teach me the ways.)
On the other hand, some things worked out especially well. Like that uniform. The first go of that was pretty awful, too, and I was struggling with it a lot. Then I looked up some pictures of Army uniforms for the Vietnam war, and found that I was just doing the whole look wrong. SO, with those very vague references for the cut of the clothing, I reworked it and this is the result.

I have no explanation for the background. Just figured I should wing it and do something painterly. I think it looks painterly, but no clue what the frack I've done there.
