Siren versions of Varian or Lashanie have been submitted over on Instagram when I asked for ideas at this month's beginning, and here we go. Or at least I tried to go with Varian. lol 🙃👍 I practically just twitched his merman design a bit to look a little less human and a little more intimidating. I guess it came out alright. . .🤔

The story behind this scene would be, that Sirens and Merfolk don't get along (you know, with the latter sometimes ending up on the Siren's plates...) But Varian urgently needs to get into the library of their city. He's searching for the kingdom of Sirens, who are currently just scattered in small groups all across the oceans. He believes if he can find that lost kingdom, he'll reunite with his parents (he's living with Andrew and his group who took him in). And since he can't enter enemies' territory on his own, he's found himself a helping hand. And Lashanie - well, she pays the price for ignoring her brother's warnings one too many times and leaving safe waters to gather plants. :')
