Rooooooaaaaaaar!I know Asgard isn't a boss, but he's kind of the only Golem that roars. Well, aside from when he's a boss in the other Wild ARMs games. Bah, you know what I mean.

lol good ol Asgard... he was a pretty cool summon in no2 lol, and an interesting mode of transportation in the first game. No3 he's a boss x3 and smaller compared to his other incarnations, ugh... 3 the only thing I liked about that game was Janus Cassady's theme. Really awesome pic though, caught the image of it's power radiating off of it.

Small Asgard is really funny, I don't know why. He's the same size as humans in XF too, or Crossfire or whatever the hell you want to call it. Thankfully he's giant in 5 and punches things in the spine. Awww yeaaah.

The lineart provides a lot more detail which is nice, but the composition and overall feel of the coloured image I think takes the cake. This is incredible!!

G's Roar! I love that track!
That's one thing I loved about Alter Code: F, the special boss themes. Berserk's viciousness and menace are well represented by his track, Harken's was a nice mix of western-sounding music with a knightly sound, Boomerang's rendition of his old Boomerang Flash track was as awesome as ever, and Alhazad's Mad Poet theme really gave off a great vibe of malice and just a bit of insanity, a perfect fit for the demon it represents. Shame that Ziekfried's theme was so boring in comparison to everyone else's, but overall the extra boss tracks were a great addition.
But I AM pissed that they replaced The Bird That Flies Through The Skies with yet another techno-sounding track. I want my whimsical Gullwing music back, assholes!

When I looked at the Wild ARMs ROCKIN' HEART soundtrack, or whatever it's called, the first thing that caught my eye was G's Roar being on there, and I immediately went, "Fuuuuuck yeeeeaaaaaaaah". Although that was far from the best thing on there, ironically.
Couldn't agree more about all the themes. It's a shame Alter Code F was such a botched remake, because the soundtrack definitely surpassed the original. Even with the songs they screwed up, there's twice as more content and twice as more awesome. Oh, and if you think the airship one was bad, and believe me it was, you must be suppressing Zed's theme... because hoooo boy, Zed's theme. Also the Sweet Candy's theme kind of sucked ass too.
If you listen to ol' Zieky's theme a lot you might start to respect it like I did. I've listened to it more than other Quarter Knight's themes over the years (I still need to tribute it, btw). Maybe the mistake was in the instruments they chose, because it hits all the same notes that it did in the original. The boss themes do give you a sort of "DA DA DAAAAA, DA DA DAAAAA!" fatigue since they all do that, something else that doesn't help Ziek since his song is primarily that.
I just can't wait to do Calamity Jane's theme next! She's so saucy.

Thank you that one episode of X-Files where a golem was used to kill a bunch of murdering scumbags as a sort of revenge plot so that the woman who summoned him was able to see the man she lost and marry him as they originally intended to do so.
