Description
In an attempt to "cultivate the white Barbarians from Narnia", the Tisroc of Calormen wanted to present them with some slaves (a young Calormene woman, an "import article" from one of his colonies and -hence he didn't know the preferences of the High King- a young boy).Little does he know that slavery is illegal in Narnia...
I made this with fine liners, crayons, water and Gimp- the result is very interesting

Is Tisroc another name for the monarch, like Sultan or Tsar, or is it more like a lord or duke?
There's a lot of interesting concepts and ideas of the Narnia books that don't get explored very often. It's not until it becomes a big live action movie that people pay attention to it. Like, if the books left some of the smaller details up to imagination, we could see some very interesting ideas of what Calormen and Telmarines looked like before Disney did it. Sort of like what people who read LOTR thought the Easterlings, Men of the South, and Corsairs looked like before the movies made versions of them.Β
Naturally, I do like the live action version of Easterlings and Telmarines, but still, love seeing other concepts.

Very nice work. Though is Lucy suppose to be surprise or thinking? She looks lost in thought rather than gasping in surprise with her hand over her mouth. But other than that everything looks great! Keep it up.
