i guess this would be one of those places where you can just say "i think i'd like to die here".except, it doesn't bring thoughts of death - not quite. absolute, insane, peaceful, gigantic, overpowering humility, beauty and peacefulness with and infront of nature.
i don't know if that makes sense, but i don't care. looking at this takes my breath away, because i've been there, and i don't think i could ask for anything more.

Wow. That's a gorgeous photo. I was at Interlaken in January of '01, and it was overcast and you couldn't even see the mountains!!! I wish I had been able to see this.

I wouldn't want to die here, cos if I die I wouldn't be able to take in the beauty surrounding me. What i would like to do is to live here. Besides the tombstones and admire at the scenery whole day long.

I love your use of colors and blues. They add a new artistic twist to your landscapes, making them seem like paintings.
Surprisingly, the lens flare helps here, keeping the viewer aware of the realness of the picture....it is rare that I see that.

Someday...I wouldn't mind dieing in such a place, either. Just as long as I don't die in the state of Texas..or New Mexico...then I'll be at peace. I LOVE the people there, but never wanna feel the cold earth above me there, ever!

I've seen this a few times in my travels around dA and never really thought to comment on it before, even though it has caught my attention every time. It definately looks like one of those places that would take your breath away. Just looking at this photograph takes me breath away and I know being there in person would do so even more. Can't really say I've seen many beautiful shots with a cemetery but it looks good. It doesn't make me think of death when I look at it, though. Even if the cemetery weren't in the foreground, this would most likely be a fantastic shot.
For starters, the colours are really quite fantastic. Loving those various blues and the green of the cemetery lawn the most. The clouds and mist/fog (or what it looks like) add's a bit of a spooky type of character to it. Composition wise, I think it's spot on. The horizon is in a lovely place and the left side of the frame is taken up by detailing (from the clouds and mountains), where as the right is practically free of anything.
Really does look great. Excellent shot.
