Description
The Nyulop named Reynard was strange. Eira stared at the energetic Nyulop talking to the crowds of children. Did none of them find him suspicious? It didn’t seem right. Someone offering something for free? This guy didn’t even live here. Something just didn’t sit right with her and she watched as excited children accepted masks from the Nyulop. Eira backed out of the crowd and started to walk away. Hopefully nothing bad happened.

Nahele loved the energy of this Reynard. A mask to decorate and make yourself look scary? Awesome! He gleefully approached the brown Nyulop, trusting completely that the masks would be a wonderful gift. Reynard smiled as Nahele took the mask, his tail wagging. This would be great! He’d make the best costume!
Holding his finished mark out in front of him, Nahele grinned at his handiwork. He’d made sure to be as careful as possible when painting it. It was definitely a creepy mask. Picking up the dark green cloak he’d made from a bedsheet and some cord, he wrapped himself in it and pulled the hood over his head. Then he put his mask on and stepped in front of the mirror. Perfect! He dashed out the door of his room, and headed back into town. He wanted to see other Nyulop and Draken’s costumes and see what they thought of his.

Eira walked through the streets, noticing the abundance of Nyulop and Draken wearing masks and costumes. How could they trust someone so suspicious…? Did they just not notice, or did they not care? Were they sure it was safe? She noticed some weren’t wearing any masks, like her. At least someone else didn’t trust him… She stopped to look at two Draken talking to each other, one showing the other her costume. The blue had streamers tied to her and a star shaped mask on her face. She was eagerly showing the second Draken her costume. The second Draken was wearing a dark green cloak with some sort of white mask on. Despite the two of them wearing the strange masks, they looked… happy. They were laughing and smiling as they talked, and Eira felt a pang of… something. She shook it off though, telling herself that it was all wrong. They wouldn’t want to talk to her anyway…
I'm very happy with Nahele's costume. And how could I not add Brygida, the sleepiest shooting star?
