Description hideyoshi661 's  Mando character, Noctus Lotam, or, Noctus Fett.
Who says Mandos can't have lightsabers? Once Jango died, Noctus, like Boba, had a deep hatred for the Jedi, and killed one a few weeks after Jango fell. He sworn to use the blade only to give the Jedi a taste for their own weapon, therefore, Noctus became a force-hunter with a real blade.

Character - hideyoshi661
Art - SpaceSharkz

*note: Yes, I do understand that Mandos don't get along well with Jedi, and that Mandos don't carry lightsabers. But guess what, it's not my character, and I honestly don't care what he has. Lightsabers are cool on everybody. So enjoy the pic! :'D

Actually, plenty of Mandalorians carry around lightsabers on their belts as trophies, and are known to use them from time to time.

They mostly use them as trophies to show that they are force hunters, and there are some that do use them. Mando armor and sabers don't mix very well.

Why do you say that? They seem a natural association. A non Force-user having necessity to handle a lightsaber in a pinch would benefit from wearing lightsaber resistant armor, as clumsiness wouldn't be as likely to result in lost limbs. But would I be wrong if hazarding a guess that you are confusing Mandalorian iron with cortosis? Cortosis definitely doesn't mix well with lightsabers as it shorts them out, while beskar simply rebuffs then, as does phrik.

I'm sure that most people could handle a lightsaber with proper training, but why I say that Mando's don't often carry lightsabers is because of the War that happened during the Old Republic, hundreds of Mandos AND Jedi were slaughtered during that time right? Reven defeated Mandalore the Ultimate, so it would make sense if no Mando ever wanted to carry a weapon of their enemies.

According to Canderous Ordo (from KOTOR 1 and 2), who became the first Mandalor after the Mandalorian Wars, his people had absolutely no animosity towards the Jedi. They were gunning for a good fight, Revan gave it to them. They respect the Jedi immensely.
