Nudity boosts body confidence. So does not wearing makeup or hair product.
I had a talk with myself about this type of thing recently. If women got into the habit of just having their natural facial assets exposed in public, people will think they look pretty because they haven't seen her with makeup on.
Besides, that stuff ages you like you wouldn't believe; especially is gratuitous amounts are used. My grandmother is an example of someone who loves her face and skin so much, that it didn't take all of those expensive treatments or any kind of surgery for her to look younger.
The reason I am using the indefinite"younger" instead of the definite "young" is because she doesn't go to the effort to make herself look like a twenty year old when she's in her sixties.
People even ask her how she manages to look like about 15 years were ripped off of her.
Of course, she doesn't believe in public nudity, but that's okay.
I believe clothes are for insulation purposes only.

Yes me too. Just be careful about the weather. And the places. It's been proven to benefit health. It boosts self-esteem. I'm afraid of nakedness in the cold, since I can get sick. It's hot, and being naked then is great. It's only our body. I am starting to sleep naked more. I want to swim naked at least once before I die. What's wrong with being naked? Clothes should be optional in more cases. We could have more happiness and respect. But I would be naked all the time if allowed.

I only wear clothes -Β other do and i'm not a show case for the clothed persons. Get naked and I do. I enjoy to be nude and get the real free feeling. Eventing clothes, the worst evention. God's creation the nakedΒ bodyΒ is the best evention ever
