Description
My (still small) Nurgle Warband. In game I use them as Chaos Space Marines with the Mark of Nurgle, usually beside other Chaos troops dedicated to Khorne. As the Death Guard (the original chapter choosen by Papa Nurgle) was specialized in trench warfare and defense, I gave shields to most of my Nurgle Chaos Marines, except for the one holding the flamethrower, the heavy bolter and the standart bearer.

In the fluff the Devourers of Flesh were put together by Hansell the Leprous soon after he was recruited by the Death Guard. He reunited some wicked newcomers to Nurgle's favorite chapter and left, making tense alliances with other Chaos bands and attacking Imperial forces without provocation or clear goal. Hansell and his Devourers took a taste for human flesh, and they seek to cannibalize any human or Astartes they come across, using their half-eaten and putrid corpses over their armor and standard...
