Yay! A journal back I put forth my art goals, and finally I am back on track with submitting something for one of my dear deviant buddies!This one is dedicated to and actually it also is in response to her wonderful drawing found here [link]
I had a small chain response with Ivie saying how i needed to write or draw Jareth at the party because i couldn't stand to see him so sad, and this is what I came up with. Hun, thanks for always being so cool and a wonderful deviant friend to me, I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed drawing it!
Drawn with mechanical pencil, inked in with my staedtler ink pens and scanned at kinkos.
Hopefully later this week i will have time to color this in photoshop elements 5

Eeee! I'm so glad you think so Ivie! I was going for sassy or smirkin or something to that nature. I know you're super busy now but i hope you get some relaxing time and dare i be selfish and say, get time to draw

Yes, yes, yes...I always felt such utter saddness watching him as owl looking into her cheery room with the others. I wrote in my story that he was looking after her when he did that and felt sorely left out.

My fan fic is really...gushy. Kind of went all out on the romance and love. No holds bar. I was very sick for two years and in a bad relationship so I vented it out by writing a Laby novel. SO yeah...very romantic, *not* for everyone. Although I majored in English/CW I worry its not well written for some reason. So insecure!

alright, now you know i'm totally intrigued! I know it's hard to do, but you don't have to feel insecure. I've known my writing is really rough, but i figure the more practice I get the better I can become, and some people have been super cool to me with critiques, i'm about to go to bed now, but i'll be free to read in maybe a day or two after work, do you have anything like on fanfiction.net? I write Jareth in a certain, realistic approach, very... i guess the best way to describe him is tough but very self-sacrificing for those he loves. gotta admit Jareth is abit of a pedo... lol... I mean even given the different aging of immortal Fae verses mortal humans... even tho Jareth may still be consider a young man Fae wise... and that Jareth and the older Fae are likely working under the assumption of older human morals... that had young girls married as soon as they had their first period... hopefully to an older man of wealth and position

Hee hee, yeah, i actually like the goblins the most in the drawing. Jareth really gave me a fight in this picture, i must have redrawn him 5 times, and i still couldn't quite get him right, humph, stubborn man, i mean king.
